A leader is a person that inspires someone to do something,a leader is also a person that organize a group of people that have a goal they want to achieve something important to them and they will succeed no matter what. Leadership is when others motivate people to do something that can help someone else. Leaders and leadership can be found in everyone and that will helps keep others motivated and inspired and help keep this earth together. You will know a leader when you see because some of their leadership traits are honesty, forward, and competent. Honest is people who are truthful and are a good leader like how candidates called Abraham Lincoln “honest abe” because he was so honest with them. Forward is when you are trying to figure out where to go from where you are now like how my middle school counselor helped me figure out my high school schedule and helped me figure out what I would like to do in life, because without her I would be lost as a student and a high schooler. Competent is when you demonstrate that you are qualified to do something and people will notice that like how my friend trust me with close secrets because I am responsible and she knows I won't tell everyone. Leaders will use these skills because they want to be honest with the people and tell them the whole truth not just part of it.

To Steve Wozniak it was a activity but Steve Jobs seized the marketing potential of such a device and persuaded Steve Wozniak to go into business with him. In 1975,Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak set up there shop in Steve Jobs parents garage, they started working on the prototype of apple. To generate $1,350 in capital they use to start up apple,Steve Jobs sold his Volkswagen microbus,Steve Wozniak sold his Hewlett-Packard calculator. In 1977 they introduced Apple 2 the first personal computer with color graphics and a keyboard. The apple 2 was a magnificent success. The first years sales where topped $3 million. Two years later, sales dilated to $200 million. But by 1980 Apples shine was starting to wear off. Competition started increasing which caused apple to lose nearly half its market to IMB. Forced by reducing sales Steve Jobs introduced the Apple Macintosh in 1984. This was the first personal computer featured with graphical-user interface controlled with a mouse, the Macintosh was a true success in terms of easy to use. But the sell behind it was faulty. But Steve Jobs had visualized the Mac differently as a home computer, but at $2,495, it was too costly for the consumer market. When consumers failed to reach prediction,Jobs tried to set up the Mac as a business computer. But with limited memory,no hard drive, and no capabilities, the Mac had almost none of the characteristics that America wanted. Steve Jobs clashed with Apple’s board of directors. In 1983 Job was expelled from the board by CEO John Sculley, who Jobs selected him to help run Apple. They took all power and control,Steve Jobs sold his shares of Apple stock and redesigned in 1985 .Later that year Steve Jobs used a portion of the stock sale,Jobs launched the NeXT computer Co., with the goal an advanced computer that would transform research and higher education. After Jobs big hit apple bought NeXT for $400 million and reelected Jobs to Apple’s board of directors as a mentor to Apple chairman and CEO Gilbert F. Amelio. This was a act of desperation on Apple’s part,Because they had failed to develop a next generation Macintosh operating system, the PC market had dropped to just 5.3% and hoped jobs would turn that around. At the end of March 1997,Apple announced that they lose $708 million. The next thing Jobs needed to work on was installing G3 PowerPC microprocessor in Apple computers, this would make the computers faster than competing Pentium PC.
