Being a real estate agent is a good job but with school requirements. A real estate broker is an agent who has also passed their broker license test or 'exam'. The primary difference between a real estate agent and broker is that a broker can own a real estate firm or hire agents to work for them.To be licensed as a broker, workers need to complete real estate training programs or earn bachelor's degrees in real estate. They also need anywhere from 1-3 years of sales agent experience.Most courses require two or three real estate textbooks. These and exam preparation studies can cost $20 to $50 or more each. Membership in the National Association of Realtors is available with a variety of designations. Membership dues are assessed by the local association and can cost between $50 and $100 per month.The minimum education required is a highschool diploma while what I would prefer the broker spot.

I will need to be organized and be controlled with my stuff.I need to be a good person and very persuasive person.

I like this job in general. I'm very good with houses and their information.This is a good job for because of the schedule fit as you can be as flexible as you need to be. This is also a good job because its above average pay. So like i've said before i love this job because it is the most realistic job for my future.
