Why I chose Human Resource Manger as my dream job

Its a job that has the things I was passionate about when looking for a job such as helping employees, the organization and management. This job has been something I’ve been thinking about since high school when my cousin got a job in the HR field and told me about it, and how I would be a good match for HR. The satisfaction one can get for helping one getting a job and learning more about the company

How I would be able to share my knowledge about the company and Hr with new employees during training and helping current employees understand something better

To help the company follow and keep track of OSHA- required data since I am already a little familiar with OSHA and how some of there safety policies are

• Job analysis
• Job Description
• Oversight and assist all Human Resource support matters
• Plan and implement employee benefit programs
• Handle staffing problems and follow up with the correct procedures
• Place employees with organization’s management
• Oversee the hiring process
• Draw up contracts
• Assit with employee onboarding Job Specifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor Degree Knowaglebe in Microsoft Office and HRIS Experience with teamwork and collaboration
• Knowagble with/ about Unions, employment laws
• Able to mult-task Salary Analysis

How I plan to achieve this dream job

Education

• Getting my associated in marketing management in May 2019
• Start in internship in Human Resource in late May early June 2019
• Start at Eastern Michigan university in Fall 2019 to complete the 38 credit hours needed to get my Batchelor degree
• Take and complete OSHA training online or in class Graduate EMU 2020 ish
• Start working full time at a lower level HR job working my way up to manager
• Complet and requite HR certification
• Training Intership in HR
• Start out as HR specialist or Labor Relations Specialist
• Work 5ish years in lower level position then move up to Manager
