Cyberbully and Suicide

Do you know that many people like to do cyberbullying and it can lead to suicide? Cyberbullying is using of electronic communication to bully or disturb a person, typically by sending messages of threatening people. There are most common places where cyberbullying, which are social media, SMS (short message service), instant message (via devices, email provider services, apps, and social media messaging features) and email. Also, we can say that Cyberbullying is the method to use the technology to harass, threaten, embarrass, or hurt another person. Online threats and mean, aggressive, or unpleasant texts, tweets, posts, or messages all count. So, does posting personal information, pictures, or videos designed to hurt or embarrass someone else. Cyberbullying includes photos, messages, or pages that don't get taken down, even after the person has been asked to do it. In other words, it's anything that gets posted online and is meant to hurt, harass or upset someone else in any case. For example, the schools always tell the students to stop bullying, which the cyberbullying is a part of it. And the students do cyberbully by sending messages or emails to the other students. They are saying in these messages and emails that those students are a loser and will fail in anything. There are many reasons why people like to do cyberbullying and how it can lead to suicide. We will discuss two reasons(types) about cyberbullying and effect of the reason. The two reasons(types) are making a direct attack (which is a message sent to a child directly) and cyber-bullying by proxy and the effect of the two reasons that can lead to suicide, which is disaster thing that happens in the world.

First, making a direct attack is when sending a message to make angry. Making a direct attack can be in many ways. The ways are instant messaging or SMS, blogs (Facebook, twitter...etc.), stolen passwords for your emails, pictures sent through cell phones or email, sending fake codes or other junk emails, and interactive gaming. Online bullying can be particularly damage and harm because it's usually hard to trace. It's also hard to control, and the person being tricked has no idea how many people (or hundreds of people) have seen the messages or posts. Many people believe that making a direct attack in cyberbullying proves that you have pressure. People, who like to do cyber bullying, use the internet to keep going relational aggression and mean girl behavior. Also, they can spread rumors and gossip and may even exclude other people through cyberbullying. Moreover, they can send rumors to you to make you feel loser and bad. There is a quote about cyberbullying, which is a direct attack "Cyberbullies can hide behind a mask of anonymity online and do not need direct physical access to their victims to do unimaginable harm." (Anna Maria Chavez). this quote describes that cyberbullies are cowards and they can't hide behind the masks. Also, when they will be spotted, they receive a great harm from the person, who has been bullied. For example, someone sends to a message on your email saying to you that you are a loser and can't succeed in anything, which that is totally wrong. Those people, who like cyberbullying, do that to make themselves that they have power. Another point, we want to discuss making direct attacks in cyberbullying. Cyberbullies give in to peer pressure. Cyberbullies cyberbully people to fit in a group of friends that do cyberbully. As a result, those cyberbullies surrender to give pressure in order to accepted at school, even though if it means going against their best judgment. They are concerned with getting in that they are afraid about the importance of cyberbullying. Other times, a group of friends in school will cyberbully due to there is a fault of a sense of security in numbers.

Making direct attack cyberbullying desire to share and share more personal details leads many young people and kids down a dangerous path. From internet predators to bullies, the psychological and physical damage that can be caused by misapplying social networking is palpable and maybe deadly. Cyberbullying can be very damaging to teenagers. It led to suicide. To resolve the problem, in this digital age, once things are highlighted on the internet, they may never disappear. The most hurtful actions often reappear after many years to renew the pain of cyberbullying.

Now, we understood why do people like to do direct attack cyberbullying and how can it lead to suicide, which is a bad thing in our life.

Second, we will talk about cyberbullying by proxy and its effect that can lead to suicide. Cyber-bullying through a proxy is when the people who like bullying gets someone to do the dirty work for them. Most often they are an unknowing associate and don't know they are being used by the "bully". Cyber-bullying by proxy is considered the most dangerous type of cyber-bullying because it often gets adults involved in the force and most of the time the adults are unaware that they're bullying a child. Sometimes cyberbullies do it to make an entertainment or because they feel bored and have free time on their hands and many technology toys available to them. Many people do it for laughs or fun or to get an aggressive reaction from the guy, who been cyberbullied by cyberbullies. Also, some do it by mistake, and either send a text to the wrong person or didn't think or remember before they did anything. Power-hungry do it to suffer or pain others and for their confidence. Revenge of the Nerd may start out defending themselves from regular bullying only to find that they enjoy being the strong or hard guy or character. Mean girls do it to help in supporting or reminding people of their own social standing. And most think they are making, righting a wrong and standing up for others. Because their motives and ideas differ, the solutions and answers to each type of cyber-bullying incident have to differ. Unfortunately, there isn't "one size that fits all" although cyber-bullying is troubled and looks anxious. Only two types of cyber-bullies have something similar to the traditional or regular playground outside the school bully. Experts and professionals who understand schoolyard bullying often confuse cyber-bullying, thinking it is only another process of bullying. But the basis and the nature of cyber- interactions, as well as the statistic and shape of a cyber-bully dissimilar to their offline equivalent. Now, let's see how cyberbullying through a proxy can lead to suicide. Several teenagers' suicides have been linked to cyberbullying, but the reality is more complicated and really hard. Cyberbullying is rarely the only and sole factor contributing to suicide, however, kids who are bullied -- or who bully others -- are at an increased risk for suicide. In some cases where suicide is linked with cyberbullying, other factors exist or survive, such as offline bullying and mental health issues such as depression.

Bullying, in general, has negative effects, especially for kids who are struggling with a variety and majority of issues. And, unfortunately, both online and offline bullying is pretty general, though suicide attempts are fairly rare. Certain types of social media -- such as question sites that allow kids to pose questions anonymously -- seem to attract destructive or hostile behavior.

Finally, we have talked about cyberbullying in general. We said why do people hate cyberbullying and like cyberbullying. We discussed the two cases of cyberbullying, which are direct attack and cyberbullying by proxy. Also, we understood how these two cases can lead to suicide and the evidence that proves that cyberbullying is bad and can make people die. Direct attack is when you send a message to someone or somebody to make him or her angry and aggressive on social media. Cyberbullying by proxy is when the "bully" gets someone to do the dirty and bad work for them.
