It should be believed that a vegetarian diet is beneficial yet it can rob you from certain nutrients and proteins.The vegetarian diet has the chance of having some benefits,but should be cautious and consider how the diet could affect their health.The audience is important to the topic since they are the ones who could be affected by the diet with health issues or benefits.The reason for my controversy is many people are choosing to start diets without doing research on how it could actually affect them.However, becoming a vegetarian can be beneficial for people who suffer from certain illnesses since it reduces the risk of stroke,cardiovascular disease, and lowers cholesterol.
In this argument, I will give reasonings that a vegetarian diet is beneficial to some illnesses such as high cholesterol, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.As well as how it can reduce the risk of these certain diseases. First, I will explain how a vegetarian diet can help reduce the risk of the illnesses mentioned above. Second, explain how people who often try to diet don't understand the risks that could occur with this diet.Third, give some insight that a healthy diet doesn't necessarily mean that meat has to be completely cut out ,since socially it's difficult to be a vegetarian.
The vegetarian diet can lower the risk for heart diseases, high cholesterol, and diabetes.Since a vegetarian diet doesn't consist of foods with high levels of sodium or fat, it won't raise your cholesterol or affect your heart as much as meat does.
