A Fictional Utopia “Warlandia”

My name is Warlord. My utopia would be named “Warlandia”. The reason why I chose this name is because there is no greater honor than having to name a place name after its leader and creator and also there is nothing better than having the name strike fear in the enemies hearts. In my current society there are many things to dislike like for example health care and college tuition is too expensive while the crime rate is steadily climbing up.

The current society has also broken my trust through the most recent presidential election, where Russia was able to manipulate our countries voting system and place one of their own “puppet” inside the Oval Office. Another reason how the current President of our country broke my trust is regarding his wall and how he would build one and have another country “pay” for its construction, that was his winning pitch during the election campaign and fast forward to the present there is still no wall or any semblance of it. My utopian society does have some similarities with the current society. For example, my current society has Free speech and people are able to utilize it to its fullest extent.

I feel that there is a need to form a more “perfect” utopian society like Warlandia would be beneficial to everyone. My utopian society would be different compared to other societies that I would hear from because it would be a place where everyone could live in peace and where everyone would be treated fairly regardless of age, gender, race, background. In my utopia, I would erase racism from existence, where education would be free for everyone, where healthcare is affordable and wouldn't cost you an arm and a leg and where crimes would be non-existent to a point where everyone would feel safe walking to the store late at night or leaving your house without locking your doors.

For my utopian animal, I would bestow the honor to the mighty Wolf. I chose the Wolf to be the mascot for my society due to needing a pack to survive. And coincidentally the pack needs an Alpha for guidance. There is a quote by Rudyard Kipling “The strength of the wolf is the pack and the strength of the pack is the wolf”. Basically We need one another to survive and flourish because together we are strong.  All in all, I chose my utopia to be this way because in our current society all across the globe, people live in fear, poverty, and sickness. I admit that my utopian society might be a long shot and it might or might even happen in my lifetime, but if there ever was a place like my utopia expect me to be the very first one to sign up there.
