Whether they know it or not, everyone has felt the weight of the entire world on their shoulders at some point in their lives. It is an ongoing problem that we deal with daily. Everyone at some point in their life that had to deal with stress. Stress relief is an essential to keep the mind and the body healthy. Different people have different methods of reducing stress. Many people have a different definition of stress but, the main definition that we know is that the stress is a normal part of a person's life. Stress is the bodies way of responding and showing any kind of demand. Stress can be bad or good depending on the experiences people have. Normal stress levels can motivate and energize us. The higher the stress levels are the body reacts to the changes emotional, physical, and mental responses. People can also experience stress from their thoughts, their environment, and their body. There are many causes to stress. For example, financial problems, work or school, life changes, children, and family. There are way too many causes in the world, many are external, and many are internal. Many people can deal with the stress while others have a breakdown. There are three main levels of stress. The types of stress are; acute, episodic, and chronic. The most common stress level is acute, and the most dangerous stress level is chronic. Acute level of stress is short term, it is mainly just a long list of things to get done. Many of the acute level of stress can also be episodic which can be overwhelming with all the demands. Just like acute level of stress, episodic can be short term. Chronic level of stress is the most dangerous. Chronic is long lasting and can contribute major illnesses throughout the body. For example, depression, obesity, heart diseases, and increase of blood pressure. Chronic level of stress can do a lot to a person's body. Chronic levels of stress are caused by events that were traumatic or painful childhoods. A loss of a job or even in a death of a loved one.
When coping with stress, it can sometimes be difficult to know where to begin. The main key is to success and become more relax. Many people like to make a list and become more organized, others intent to write or express themselves in art, others like to get away from whatever is causing them to stress. While other people take long deep breathes, with their eyes closed, and listening to music. For the people who can not seem to find a way to cope with their stress they intent to seek for help or meditation they sometimes time like to exercise or do yoga. Many people cope in their own ways. Some people like to just play games, or some like to listen to ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response). ASMR sole purpose is to relax people and help them overcome stress, depression, chronic pain, and insomnia. Many find it relaxing and relief. Some are affected than others and some just don't work at all. Another way on coping with stress is to find the humor, when there is laughter involved most of the stress is lifted off their shoulders. Instead of coping with the stress some people like to take charge of their stress and find the balance.
Everyone knows we can not completely stop stress and we cannot always avoid stress. The only thing we can do is cope with stress and to know our limits. What we can handle and what our bodies can handle. To leave the past in the past and leave the negative people out of our lives. Finally, instead of bottling up or hiding your feelings, express them, and talk to someone who will listen.
