The concept of self-reflection is one which is endorsed by nearly everyone – religious leaders, therapists, politicians, scientists, and etc. Most people would say that self-reflection is a good idea just as most people support the good ideas of love, peace, justice and healthy living. But it is in method and practice that ideas become realities and it is here that we must define and evaluate self- reflection. How do I actually reflect on myself?

My communication skills have also improved. This gives me confidence to express and to share my ideas with a group of people without being afraid and nervous. My improvement in the interpersonal and analytical skills will also make my job easier and less complicated. These areas have prepared me to become a person with confidence and determination for my future

I believe that I have greatly improved in these areas: international perspectives, leadership. teamwork, creativity, and. These areas have prepared me to become a person with confidence and determination for my future. My improvement in this class, I must admit that my experiences in this class so far have really helped me to think and communicate maturely. My communication skills have also improved. This gives me confidence to express and to share my ideas with a group of people without being afraid and nervous. My improvement in the interpersonal and analytical skills will also make my job easier and less complicated. These areas have prepared me to become a person with confidence and determination for my future

In critical thinking, I feel quite accomplished. I’ve done a lot of it over the last few weeks of academy. the improvement of my critical thinking kills has generated both negative and positive results, for sometime my enhanced skills at evaluating issues enable me to resolve uncertainties and identify implication, it has also led to frustration. My critical thinking skills have improve I have developed a greater understanding of the concept that ignorance is bliss.

Anger is a positive and constructive aid to survival. It provides me with boosts of both physical and emotional energy when am in need of protection and healing. Not only can anger help me to cope with threat, hurt, frustration and violation but if it is channeled carefully it can help me to find courage to recognize and assert my own rights, make changes in my lives, and be creative. However, I find it difficult to express my anger openly, directly and assertively. I fear my anger will get out of control and take over my mind. Sometimes I can be angry without recognizing that am angry. Sometimes I do not recognize fully what it is we are angry about.

I have utilize different methods of coping, and different resources to manage stressors from the past, present and the anticipated future. However, this class as open my eyes to a better approach. This by using direct coping. I use positive self-talk, I verbalize my feelings, meditate, take time outs more. I now use the knowledge that I have learned in class to broaden the coping strategies for some of the stressor I have problems coping with.

I have a different outlook on teenagers and there aggression. My 16 year old nice lives with me by understanding this a little better I can better understanding the causes, the effects, and the treatments of adolescent disruptive disorders, I can help a her if see is headed for trouble that will change his or her future. By recognizing the signs and symptoms of behavioral problems and developing new coping skills.

Now as he parent I can help her control her anger and learn to express it in ways that are healthy. By utilizing some of the direct coping stages I now also know that I cause some of the anger and conflict.

With the concept I have on self-efficacy, I know now that I can always manage to solve difficult problems if I try hard enough. if someone opposes me I can find means and ways to get what I want. I am confident that I could deal efficiently with unexpected events. I can remain calm when facing difficulties because I can rely on my coping abilities. When am confronted with a problem am confident that I can find several solutions, and that I could deal efficiently with unexpected events.

The perception topics help me gain a little mor knowledge on who I was an were I wanted yo be. It mad me think a whole lot more than I have ever thought before about. As far as self-actualization I Realize that true happiness lies within you. Waste no time and effort searching for peace and contentment and joy in the world outside. And that true happiness is not attained though self- gratification. Also you will never be happier than you expect. Be for now I had a real problem with being unhappy. I got something I can use to springing me now.

Thus, my journey has begun yet I’m not done. There is a lot more I want to see and I do, not think I could ever stop learning new things in any profession since technology is only improving itself and opportunities are arising. I was told that I would change my way of thinking and that is just what has happened. This new way of thinking has opened doors of new opportunities for my mind that has proven the passion that I have for my profession. The one thing I have realized is the barriers I have been hesitate to break and the education throughout this program has helped me accomplish this goal. There have been a couple of specific projects that have directed me in paths that I somehow would not have taken otherwise.

All these factors contributed to become a great student and a leader with confidence. I made the right decision in choosing Keiser to be the light that leads me to walk toward the successful world with hopes and desires. The interpersonal and analytical skills will also make my job easier and less complicated. (Word count 1013)
