The idea of the absolute basic income, given to all citizens at the government (or all individual citizens), was first demonstrated near the middle of the nineteenth century. But long before that there were thoughts of the so-called nominal income, the thought of the one-off contract and the purpose of the cultural contract (which however is the significant feature of all modern welfare states, with the insurances for and against unemployment, sickness, parenthood, accidents, old age and so forth). This lowest income, the purpose to eliminate poverty by targeting the bad, is in contradiction with standard income made to all. Yet get some underlying thoughts about the state’s or the city’s welfare responsibilities toward its citizens. Johannes Ludovicus Vuves (1492-1540), for instance, suggested that these domestic authorities should oversee ensuring the survival limit to all its residents.

The fundamental income, likewise, named standard income assurance, or general basic income constitutes the kind of program in which citizens (or permanent residents) of a country may receive a regular sum of money from a source such as the government. The plain or absolute standard income had no substance test, but unlike Social Security in the United States, it is spread automatically to all citizens without the necessity to inform changes in the citizen’s financial status. Fundamental income will be applied nationally, regionally or locally, The World bank’s World Development news 2019 on the future of business depicts the existing system in the globe. The fundamental income, likewise, names Universal Basic Income, constitutes the form of a benefit program in which all citizens (or permanent residents) of a country receive a regular, livable and unconditional sum of money from the government. At the pure or absolute basic income that cost is independent of any additional income. [1][2][3]

Universal basic income would eliminate all forms of discrimination against people who are not born into poverty. Basic income is an economic system where individuals can earn their own living while not having to worry about necessities such as food, shelter, and education. However, Jim Pugh, co-founder of the Universal Income Project, says many studies have shown that very few people receiving basic income drop out of the workforce. [4] These discredits arguments that such an approach would cause a rise in unemployment rates.

All families should be entitled to a basic income. It is important that we don’t forget a lot of people are in poverty. If we want to change our society, then it is necessary that we ensure that everyone has access to a basic income ensuring the necessities such as food are taken care of. I believe the government should provide equal opportunities for every person regardless of their race, religion, or national origin. I think the government should give more funding to the poor and less fortunate.

In conclusion, the government should have a strong policy on education and health. This would be a great start in the process of reforming the system. It is important to be aware of what is wrong with the system and ways that it can e changed and improved upon.
